Delivery Policy
Same Day Delivery
We offer Same Day Delivery for eligible orders.
Eligible Order Time
- Orders placed between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Noon) are eligible for Same Day Delivery, subject to product availability and serviceable locations.
Next Day Delivery
We also provide Next Day Delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed for Next Day Delivery.
Orders placed between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM will be scheduled based on delivery slot availability. Our support team will confirm the earliest possible delivery time.
Delivery Areas
Currently, Amar Pujo provides delivery within our designated service areas. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- During festivals or peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
- Customers will be informed if there is any unexpected delay.
Open Box Delivery
At Amar Pujo, every order is delivered through our Open Box Delivery service.
What is Open Box Delivery?
Our delivery executive will ask you to:
- Open the package in their presence.
- Verify that all ordered items are present.
- Check the products for any visible damage or breakage before accepting the delivery.
This process helps ensure complete transparency and customer satisfaction.
Return Policy
No General Return Policy
Due to the religious and ceremonial nature of our products, Amar Pujo does not accept returns once an order has been delivered and accepted.
Products cannot be returned for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- No longer required
- Personal preference
Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Damaged Product Policy
If you receive a damaged or broken product, we are here to help.
A replacement or return request will be accepted only if:
- The damage is identified during the Open Box Delivery.
- The customer records a clear, continuous video while opening the package.
- The video clearly shows:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The package being opened.
- The damaged or broken product.
This video serves as proof of the product’s condition upon delivery.
Important Conditions
A return or replacement request may not be accepted if:
- No uncut opening video is provided.
- Damage is reported after the delivery has been accepted.
- The product appears to have been damaged after delivery.
- The claim is made several hours or days after acceptance without valid evidence.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive:
- A wrong product
- A missing product
- An incomplete order
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photos or videos. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
