Our Return Policy
Due to the sacred and consumable nature of many Puja products, Amar Pujo follows a No Return Policy once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted by the customer.
Returns are not accepted for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong product
- Ordering the wrong quantity
- Product no longer required
- Personal preference
- Religious or ceremonial requirements changing after purchase
We request customers to carefully review all product details before placing an order.
Open Box Delivery
To ensure complete transparency, every order from Amar Pujo is delivered through our Open Box Delivery process.
Our delivery partner will request that you:
- Open the package in their presence.
- Check the products carefully.
- Verify the quantity and condition of every item before accepting the delivery.
Once the delivery is accepted, the order will be considered complete unless a valid damage claim is submitted according to this policy.
Damaged or Broken Products
Although we take great care in packaging every order, accidental damage during transportation may occasionally occur.
If you receive a damaged or broken product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- The package must be opened during the Open Box Delivery.
- A single continuous video must be recorded while opening the package.
- The video should clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The complete unboxing process.
- The damaged or broken item.
- The delivery package and contents.
Without this video evidence, we may not be able to process your claim.
Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved, Amar Pujo may provide:
- A replacement of the damaged product (subject to stock availability), or
- A refund if a replacement cannot be arranged.
The resolution will depend on the nature of the product and product availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following situations:
- The ordered product is damaged during transit and the claim is approved.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been received.
- The order is cancelled by Amar Pujo due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Delay caused by incorrect address or contact information
- Products that have already been used
- Damage reported after delivery without valid proof
Refund Process
Once your request is verified and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the payment was made through Cash on Delivery (if applicable), our support team will contact you regarding the refund process.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order contains:
- Missing products
- Incorrect products
- Incomplete delivery
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by providing:
- Order ID
- Product details
- Photos of the received package
- Unboxing video (if available)
Our team will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
If the order has not been packed or shipped, a full refund will be issued (for prepaid orders).
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
- Customers are responsible for checking products during Open Box Delivery.
- Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
- Amar Pujo reserves the right to verify all claims before approving any replacement or refund.
